Carrig, meaning "Rock" in Gaelic, reflects the solid foundation upon which we build every project.

Carrig Rock & Water Features designs and builds magnificent ecosystem water features using natural and renewable materials such as riverstones, plants, soils, and primarily natural rock boulders.

With our background in construction and excavation, we have strived to master the art of rock work, ensuring both structural integrity and artistic beauty in our projects. Our Aquascape Contractor training has further honed our skills in creating bespoke water features.

Building ecosystem ponds is our passion, bringing nature's beauty to people and supporting local fauna and flora by creating habitats for insects, birds, and bees.

Our filtration systems, whether custom-made wetland filters or prefabricated biological filters for smaller projects, combined with thoughtful design, aeration, plants, and fish, create unmatched ecosystems.

Freshwater systems offer numerous benefits: reduced maintenance, no harmful chemicals, and no mosquitoes due to moving water and natural predators.

These habitats promote mental well-being, attract wildlife, and help maintain the ecosystem. The sound and motion of waterfalls are proven to enhance health and mental well-being.
